Every order is covered. Here's how.

Buy any card on BuyBaseCards and you'll either get what you ordered or your money back — including shipping and fees. No forms, no fine print, no arguing with a bot.

  1. 1. Report the problem

    If your cards don't arrive or aren't what was described, hit "Report a problem" on the order in your Purchases — any time within 60 days of purchase. Tell the seller what happened.

  2. 2. The seller makes it right

    The seller is notified immediately and most problems end here — a reshipment, a partial credit, or a full refund they can issue themselves in one click. The refund covers everything you paid: cards, shipping, and the order fee.

  3. 3. We step in

    If it isn't resolved within 4 days, you can escalate to BuyBaseCards. A human (yes, really) reviews the order, the messages, and the tracking, and if you're right we refund you in full — out of the seller's pocket, not yours.

A note on card-issuer chargebacks

Filing a dispute with your credit card company before giving us a chance to fix it slows everything down — banks take 60–90 days, while our process typically resolves in under a week. Report the problem here first; you keep full chargeback rights either way.
